Every year, Discover Clinton chooses someone who epitomizes the spirit of George Bailey, the main character in “It’s a Wonderful Life,” for its annual award ceremony. NEW THIS YEAR* award will be presented at Parks & Rec Holiday Tree Lighting at Central Park at 5:30pm
